Working Principle :
- Material Placement : The material to be ground is placed in the mill tube, which is filled with hardened, heat-treated chrome alloy grinding balls.
- Ball Movement : When the machine is activated, the balls begin to move within the tube. This motion leads to continuous interaction between the balls and the material, resulting in material fragmentation.
- Mechanical Collisions : The balls strike the material, creating high-energy mechanical impacts. These collisions crush and reduce the material in size, and the continuous movement of the balls grinds the material uniformly into the desired fine powder.
- Grinding Time and Speed Adjustment : The mill s rotation speed can be adjusted with the speed controller. The user can seamlessly adjust the rotation speed from 0 to 100 rpm based on the material properties and desired grinding outcome.
- Collection of Results : Once the grinding process is complete, the ground material is collected from the mill s output section, ready for analysis and other processes.
