Product Overview
The representative sampling of bulk materials is always a critical challenge. Especially when the sample has been transported for some distance (big bag) there is definitely segregation in the content and the chance of impurities is high. Experience shows that the bigger particles will be on top and the smaller particles will be at the bottom (brazil nut effect). We have integrated a piercing unit to get away from opening the big bag using a knife.
The 8 200 Litres divider module allows the batch wise dividing of material into 8 200 liters fractions from a total lump volume of 1600 litres.
