Laboratory Core and Rock Sample Trimming & Cutting Machine is engineered for precise cutting and trimming of both cylindrical core samples and irregular geological specimens. Widely used in geology, mining, and construction materials laboratories, it enables clean and controlled sectioning of various rock types, ensuring reliable sample preparation for analysis and testing.
Fitted with a 400 mm diamond blade, the machine delivers smooth and accurate cuts even on the hardest materials. The micrometric feed mechanism allows fine adjustment of slice thickness, while V-block clamps and optional fixtures securely hold both standard and irregular samples during operation.
Its compact, fully enclosed design, combined with safety interlock switches and an emergency stop button, makes it especially suitable for laboratory settings where operator safety and sample integrity are essential.
