Rare-earth roll magnetic separator designed for high-efficiency separation of weakly magnetic (paramagnetic) minerals from dry process streams.

Additional Information
- Double-stage separation often required
- First stage removes ~60–75% of magnetic material

Working Principle
- Feed material is conveyed by a thin belt over a magnetic roll acting as a head pulley.
- Non-magnetic particles follow a natural trajectory and are discharged.
- Weakly magnetic particles are attracted to the roll and deflected separately.
- A splitter separates magnetic and non-magnetic streams.
