Product Overview
Hydraulic Rock& Mineral Crushing Press is designed to ensure safe and efficient crushing of large size (25-30 cm) samples in the laboratory environment. Instead of manually crushing with a sledgehammer, this press reduces the samples to the desired size by printing and cutting in a closed cabin, without any loss, and makes them ready to be fed to the crusher.
The device is equipped with a plexiglass glass cover with a knitted wire guard that prevents broken material from splashing, which maximizes operator safety. Moreover, the device is equipped with replaceable crushing heads, so that the suitable crushing head can be selected for different crushing operations:
- Plain crush
- Wedge cutting
- Conical point crushing
This hydraulic press offers the ideal solution for fast and safe comminution of large-sized samples in laboratories. The closed cabin design of the press ensures safety, while its powerful motor and flexible crushing heads adapt to different sample types.
