Performance Test Results

• In an in-house test conducted with the Jaw Crusher, Capacity : 300 2500 kg / hr , 150 mm cubic concrete samples (15-15-15 cm) were processed, yielding the following capacities:
• Crushing from 150 mm to 20 mm: Approx. 2,500 kg/hour
• Crushing from 20 mm to 5 mm: Approx. 300 kg/hour
• These results demonstrate the machines efficient and consistent performance across different particle size reduction stages.

Working Principle :

• The Jaw Crusher, Capacity : 300 2500 kg / hr operates by compressing the feed material between a fixed jaw and a jaw driven by an eccentric shaft. The movement of the eccentric shaft causes the jaw to compress the material, allowing it to fall under the influence of gravity.
• When the material is reduced to a size smaller than the specified discharge opening, it is directed into the removable collection hopper. The continuously adjustable jaw gap enables precise size reduction, ensuring consistent results with each crushing operation.
