The Tumbler Screening Machine is designed exclusively for processing dry materials. It operates with three sieves stacked on top of each other, featuring mesh sizes ranging from 20 mm to 38 microns, and separates materials into four distinct fractions while operating quietly and preventing dust emission into the environment.

The Tumbler Screening Machine begins its process as material is introduced through the feeding hopper, carefully designed to ensure smooth and consistent flow. From the hopper, the material is directed onto the top sieve, where the precise classification process starts.

Each sieve layer, meticulously stacked from largest to smallest mesh size, ensures that particles are gradually and accurately separated into distinct fractions. As the material moves downward through the sieves, each fraction is sorted with precision and collected in individual containers.

This seamless process guarantees reliable and efficient screening results, maintaining optimal performance for a variety of materials.

Working Principle :

This Sieve Machine is a sieving machine that applies a 3-dimensional oscillating motion, used to classify and separate fine and powdery materials. It is also known as a dancing sieve in the market and it enables the materials to follow a certain path on the sieve surface by making a shaking movement. This special mode of motion helps materials pass through the screen more efficiently and move towards the exit.

Working Steps :

• Loading the Material : The material is placed in the feeding hopper located at the top of the machine. The material placed in the hopper is distributed evenly on the screens by the vibrating feeder.
• 3-Dimensional Oscillating Motion : The machine makes a 3D shaking movement. This movement allows the materials to follow the path on the sieves and move towards the other sieve below or the product outlet. This shaking motion prevents the materials from sticking to the sieve surface and accumulating, providing a more fluid sieving process.
• Classification of Particles : The materials on the sieves are separated into layers depending on the sieve mesh sizes. While large particles pass from the sieve surface to the product outlet, small particles pass towards the lower layers and are separated.
• Collection of Results : After the sieving process is completed, the materials collected in each sieve layer are collected at the exit point and separated for analysis.
