Product Overview
Furnace designed for continuous operation with side-mounted heating elements.
Equipped with automatic temperature control and safety mechanisms for efficient and safe operation.
Working Principle :
- Heating elements mounted in the side walls generate heat
- Temperature is controlled automatically using a thermocouple and controller system
- Power is cut off automatically when doors are opened for safety
Installation :
- Place furnace in dry area
- Maintain minimum 1 meter clearance around unit
- Install fuel supply by qualified technician
- Connect air supply for pneumatic door operation
- Connect 3-phase electrical supply
- Ensure exhaust ducting is properly installed
Operation / Start-Up :
Muffle Start-Up from Cold :
- Heat to 250°C for 2 hours
- Increase to 500°C for 1 hour
- Increase to 800°C for 1 hour
- Increase to 1200°C for 1 hour
- Then operate at normal conditions
Maintenance :
- Regularly inspect muffle chamber for cracks
- Use refractory cement for sealing if needed
- Maintain floor tile with ~15 mm bone ash
- Clean and flip tile to extend life
- Replace floor tile regularly
- Keep surrounding area clean to prevent overheating
- Replace chamber periodically (2–3 times per year recommended)
- Maintain door ceramic blanket
