Portable propane-fired gold melting furnace designed for fast and easy melting of precious metals.
Suitable for small-scale melting of gold and silver.

Working Principle :
- The kiln is heated using propane torches inserted through side ports
- The crucible inside is heated until metal melts
- A reduced environment is maintained to prevent oxidation during melting
Operation :
- Place furnace on fireproof surface
- Insert and ignite propane torches
- Preheat kiln
- Add flux and metal into crucible
- Place crucible inside kiln and heat
- Maintain flame conditions for reduced environment
- Pour molten metal into mold
- Allow cooling and remove metal
Maintenance / Precautions :
- Avoid excessive flame contact with crucible to prevent erosion
- Maintain proper torch alignment and flame size
- Use propane only (no alternative gases)
- Monitor crucible wear and rotate if needed

- Not suitable for smelting ore concentrates
- Requires external propane torches (not included)
