Gravity Gold and Flotation Plant
Product Overview
This process plant is designed to recover gold using a combination of gravity concentration and froth flotation. It is suitable for ore deposits containing free gold and sulphide minerals rich in gold. It can also recover silver associated with sulphide minerals.
The plant includes:
- Single-stage crushing
- Conveying
- Primary grinding
- Spiral classification
- Gravity concentration
- Slurry pumping
- Rougher flotation
- Three-stage concentrate cleaning
An optional regrind circuit can be added if required.
Standard packages are available for the following capacities:
- 25 tonnes/day (1 tonne/hour)
- 50 tonnes/day (2 tonnes/hour)
- 100 tonnes/day (4 tonnes/hour)
- 250 tonnes/day (10 tonnes/hour)
This is a standard setup that includes the major components of a complete metallurgical flowsheet. A detailed engineering study may be required to identify additional requirements for optimal plant design.
