Sulphide Gold Flotation plus CIL Leaching Plant
Product Overview
This mineral processing plant is designed to recover gold from sulphide ore deposits. It combines gravity recovery, flotation, regrinding, and carbon-in-leach (CIL) processing to extract and refine precious metals.
An initial gravity circuit recovers coarse gold and silver. The process then concentrates sulphide ores through flotation, followed by regrinding to liberate gold for efficient leaching. The CIL process is suitable for ores with little to moderate carbonaceous material. More complex ores may require additional processing steps not included in this setup.
The plant includes:
- Single-stage crushing
- Conveying
- Primary grinding
- Spiral classification
- Gravity concentration
- Slurry pumping
- Rougher and optional cleaner flotation circuits
- Regrind mill
- Cyanide leaching tanks
- Carbon stripping and regeneration system
- Refining facility
Standard packages are available for the following capacities:
- 25 tonnes/day (1 tonne/hour)
- 50 tonnes/day (2 tonnes/hour)
- 100 tonnes/day (4 tonnes/hour)
- 250 tonnes/day (10 tonnes/hour)
This is a standard setup that includes the major components of a complete metallurgical flowsheet. A detailed engineering study may be required to identify additional requirements for optimal plant design.
Separate packages for tailings thickening and filtration, as well as water treatment, are also available.
