Product Overview
Hot Plate Plastic Welding Machine is a device designed to combine different plastic materials and engineering materials by butt welding method.
The machine moves the plates with pneumatic movement cylinders, which ensures a precise and controlled welding process. Heating process can be selected in two different modes before welding :
- Direct contact heating : Provides heating by direct contact with the surface of the material.
- Contactless heating via radiant radiation : It provides heating via radiation without contacting the surface of the material.
The temperature of the heating plates can be controlled individually in both modes and can be set between a maximum of 270 C and a maximum of 350 C. Moreover, all parameters such as heating time, heating distance, welding temperature, welding time and welding pressure can be controlled and measured individually, providing complete control over the process.
