Product Overview
Peristaltic Pump is a type of pump designed to ensure the precise transfer of liquids, particularly preferred in laboratory environments. This pump moves liquids by applying pressure on a flexible tube. As a result, the liquid is transferred without coming into contact with the pump mechanism, eliminating the risk of contamination.
WORKING PRINCIPLE :
The peristaltic pump moves liquid by applying pressure to the outside of a flexible hose. Rotating rollers or wheels compress the hose, pushing the liquid forward. Thanks to this operating principle, the liquid does not come into contact with the internal components of the pump.
Applications
Peristaltic pumps are widely used, especially in sample preparation processes requiring precise liquid transfer. They are ideal for dosing, mixing, or transferring liquids in the chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries. Since pressure is applied to the outer surface of the hose, the liquid does not come into contact with the pump mechanism, eliminating the risk of contamination.
