Rotary slurry splitter/divider designed for sludge and liquid samples.
Equipped with a rotary table with variable speed control.
Reject liquid collects below the rotary table.
Working Principle :
- The liquid/slurry sample flows from the hopper through a valve system into rotating containers
- The rotary table distributes the sample evenly into multiple containers
- Reject liquid is collected below the table

Valve Options :
Two-valve version :
- Pneumatic valve for shut-off and opening flow
- Manual adjustable valve for fine flow control
- Suitable for pre-mixing (shaking) of sludge or dense liquids with sediments
One-valve version :
- Manual valve for shut-off and flow control
- Requires initial flow rate testing before operation
- Liquid flows immediately once loaded
- Requires operator skill for accurate sample division
- Does not require air
Additional Options :
- Removable auger for mixing material inside hopper
- Auger for mixing settled sludge in storage containers
- Wheeled cart with two shelves
- Door interlock switch
