Product Overview
B hme Surface Abrasion Device is a device used in a laboratory environment designed to test the surface abrasion resistance of building materials.
- The device is equipped with a wear-resistant casting disc with a diameter of 750 mm, rotating at a speed of 30 1 rpm. The special lever arm and weight, which can apply 30 kgf 0.3 kgf pressing force, increase the sensitivity of the test and ensure consistent results.
- The movement of the device is provided by a reducer-driven electric motor with a power of 1 hp and a speed of 900 rpm. Equipped with a dual electronic digital revolution counter system, the device allows automatic control of the abrasion processes:
- counter : Automatically stops a device at 22 cycles.
- counter : Automatically stops the device at the end of 20 22-cycle etching periods (440 cycles in total).
With these features, the B hme Surface Abrasion Device is an ideal solution for measuring and testing the surface wear resistance of various building materials.
