Steam Curing Machine is a high-performance device designed for the curing of building materials and samples. This vessel, which is used to shred samples in the laboratory environment, is made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet metal with inner and outer walls to ensure durable and long-lasting use.
There are three AISI 304 quality tube electric heaters inside the boiler, one of which has a power of 2.5 kW and a total power of 7.5 kW. These heaters provide the necessary heating and evaporation during the curing processes. According to the operation of the heaters, maximum 2.2 kg/hour with one heater activated, maximum 4.4 kg/hour with two heaters activated and maximum 6.6 kg/hour with three heaters activated. steam production is possible.
