Working Principle :
- Ore is first crushed, concentrated, and roasted to remove impurities such as sulphur
- The processed material is mixed with flux and placed in a crucible
- Inside the kiln, heat causes reduction and melting, producing metallic output that is poured into molds
Operation :
- Crush and concentrate ore
- Roast ore to remove sulphur
- Mix with flux
- Heat in kiln using propane torches
- Melt and pour into mold
