Working Principle :
- The kiln is heated using two propane torches inserted into side ports
- Heat is concentrated in the vertical chamber to melt metal inside the crucible
- A controlled flame environment ensures efficient melting
Operation :
- Place kiln on fireproof surface
- Insert and ignite two propane torches
- Adjust flame to proper size and position
- Preheat kiln
- Place crucible with metal and flux inside
- Heat until metal melts
- Pour molten metal into mold
Maintenance / Precautions :
- Use propane only (no MAPP gas)
- Avoid excessive flame contact with crucible
- Maintain proper torch alignment
- Adjust flame size to prevent crucible erosion
- Monitor crucible wear and rotate if needed
